My awesome hubby introduced me to a website called Patreon. What it is is a website that connects creators and their supporters in a special way. The supporters that sign up are called patrons, the patrons agree to pay the creator a certain amount per month (like I have set up) or per creation. There are different “tiers” that start at $1, and go up. Each tier has different “rewards” the patrons can enjoy from the creator they support.

I joined Patreon in hopes of supporting my blog, expanding my abilities in things I’m interested in and hopefully contribute to our monthly expenses. For more details on my reasons for joining, please check out my Patreon page. Even if you decide not to become my patron, I will still appreciate your continued support here on my blog!
Thank you Dana N. for becoming my first Patron! You rock!
Are you on Patreon? Know someone who is? Share your thoughts in the comments!
I can’t get the link to your patreon page to work. It just refreshed this blog post. Anybody else having same trouble?

It should work now Carin. I was obviously tired and put this link instead of Patreon’s link, ha! Thanks again!

Cool! I’ve followed you! (I’ve been on Twitter since about 2009 and that still sounds creepy…)

Thanks! Lol! I tried a personal Twitter account several years back but didn’t really get into it. It’s still a concept I have to wrap my mind around. There’s my blonde streak for ya, haha.
