The kids have been making themselves right at home in the camper. I was amused to find that our youngest cut out cute little shapes from construction paper they took in there and she taped them above her bed, which is the bottom of the top bunk bed.
The dinette table has been occupied the past few days with containers of beads, a loom band organizer, and a little holder I made three years ago with tin cans and duct tape. It works, lol. What was surprising, they were actually working in some of their workbooks yesterday and our oldest was helping our youngest read a book. I love those sweet moments….

The fun part of moving in is figuring out where we’re going to put everything. Not that we’re going to cram everything we have into such a small space, that just would NOT work, lol. I feel we have plenty of cabinet space for the bare necessities. Ok, and maybe a few fun items, hehe.

Hi! I'm Amanda, a wife, caregiver to my Parkie hubby, homeschooling mom of three and recently have become a soap making enthusiast. My hubby and I have had many an adventure over the years, our most recent being homesteaders in a small rural area of Alabama. We currently have chickens, a dairy goat we've lovingly named Georgia, three young Hereford pigs, a livestock guardian named Snow whom our children adore and two spoiled cats named Felix and Emma.
Soon, we plan on embarking on our biggest adventure to date, an extended cross country trip around the United States. Our longest trip was a two week trip to New York and Canada and I thought that was long! So, thank you in advance for visiting my blog, my first by the way! I hope I have something to offer to my readers. Happy reading!
